Once a meeting has started and some insights have been shared, you can easily catch up on the content by navigating to the Assistant and clicking the “Catch Me Up” button. You will then receive a summary of what has been discussed so far.
If you join a meeting late, the AI Assistant automatically provides a concise summary of what you missed, ensuring you’re up to speed without disrupting the ongoing discussion. This feature is enabled by default when meeting summaries are turned on.
As usual, after a meeting, a detailed summary, including key points and action items, is available in the Webex app so you can easily follow up and make progress ahead of your next meeting.
Action Items: Turning Discussions into Deliverables
Meetings often generate a flurry of ideas and tasks. The Action Items feature ensures that these are not lost in the shuffle. Powered by AI, this feature identifies and summarizes tasks, during or after the meeting. The Cisco AI Assistant highlights action items discussed, making it easier for teams to follow up.
You can click, “What are the action items?” to receive a focused list of tasks derived from the meeting transcript.
