APJC: Data#3

Data#3 achieved their best year ever in Cisco Collaboration sales, finishing FY25 as the most successful partner in the APJC region. They excel in driving migrations to cloud calling solutions and accelerating Cisco video device adoption, aligned with Cisco’s One Cisco strategy. Their investment in dedicated collaboration sales specialists underscores their commitment to growth and partnership with Cisco.

AMER: Netsync

Netsync developed a strong consulting bench to educate customers on employee experience advantages with Cisco, resulting in a 140% year-over-year growth in Cisco Collaboration sales. They won large deals across retail, healthcare, and education sectors, displacing competitors and transforming customer experiences.

EMEA: Deutsche Telekom

Deutsche Telekom transacted over 1,500+ Webex Suite deals in FY25, with 37% being new subscriptions. They offer tailored commercial models and managed services to enhance employee experience, supported by investments in Cloud Connected PSTN and Sovereign Controls for secure collaboration.

Future Proof Workplaces Partner of the Year

Recognizes partners with the most success selling and implementing Cisco Video Devices to create best-in-class workspaces.

APJC: Mitsubishi Electric System and Service Corporation

Mitsubishi deployed multiple large-scale Cisco video device projects, enabling workspace transformations with Cisco video devices, Webex Meetings, and Calling. They achieved 25% year-over-year growth in device sales, expanding deployments across various customer sizes.

AMER: CDW

CDW led an internal customer device seeding program and integrated services with customer engagements, driving a 22% year-over-year growth in video device sales. Their sales enablement efforts resulted in the #1 ranking for Cisco Phone & Headset sales and 5% growth in Cloud Webex Suite.

EMEA: Atea

Atea, a market leader in IT infrastructure across Nordic and Baltic regions, increased device sales by over 50% and launched a managed meeting room service with Cisco. They actively participate in Cisco NDAs and Beta launches, contributing to innovation.

Customer Experience Partner of the Year

Recognizes partners excelling in selling and implementing Webex Contact Center solutions to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

APJC: Servion Global Solutions

Servion has transitioned most of their Cisco Contact Center business to the cloud, exceeding our ambitious joint growth targets. They are pioneers in adopting AI within the Webex Contact Center portfolio, combining customer focus with strategic innovation.

AMER: Presidio

Presidio supports over 750 million customer interactions annually, integrating Contact Center, employee experience, digital workspace, and automation with AI frameworks. They are the #1 Cisco Customer Experience partner for FY25, driving cloud migration and digital channel adoption.

EMEA: Natilik

Natilik understands there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to technology transformation. Be it big or small, complex or straightforward, they build long-term meaningful relationships with Customers during every interaction. They win this award not only for their strong performance in bookings but for their great partnership and proactive engagement over the past year.

Webex Rising Star

Recognizes partners demonstrating standout performance and remarkable growth in their regions by championing cutting-edge collaboration technology.

APJC: Programmed Electrical Technologies (PET)

Programmed achieved 118% growth from FY24 to FY25, driven by technical excellence and strong customer and Cisco team engagement. They have a clear vision to expand beyond meeting rooms with significant growth opportunities ahead.

EMEA: Twaasol

Twaasol, with a growing presence in Saudi Arabia, MENA and GCC regions, invests heavily in Cisco Video Devices and customer Proof of Concepts. They actively participate in workshops and industry events, positioning themselves as a rising star in the technology landscape.

AMER: Bell

Bell Canada remains the top leading Cisco Collaboration partner in Canada, excelling in managed services and cloud migrations for Cisco Webex calling and meeting solutions that leverages Cisco AI capabilities. Bell has been leader serving Canadian enterprises and government organizations with innovative Cisco Collaboration solutions for several years.
